Introduction
Welcome to Ahmedabad Fish. By accessing or using our website (www.ahmedabadfish.com) or by placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2. Orders and Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Ahmedabad city and nearby areas.
  • Free delivery is offered on orders above ₹800. For orders below ₹500, a delivery fee of ₹60 will be charged.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. Any changes to the delivery address must be made before the product is dispatched.
  • Orders will be delivered within 120 minutes to 4 hours, depending on availability and delivery location. We will inform you via SMS, email, or phone call in case of delays.

3. Payments

  • Payment can be made via online modes or Cash on Delivery (COD). All COD orders will be confirmed via the registered phone number.
  • Customers are liable to pay the agreed amount upon delivery for COD orders.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before the delivery time selected during ordering. After that, the order will be considered final.

5. Product Quality and Freshness
We strive to deliver the freshest seafood. However, in case of any issues with the product, replacements can be requested if the product is not fresh or delivered in the wrong cut/form.

6. Liability
We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or for not delivering within the committed time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Ahmedabad Fish. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
