Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and customer-friendly:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • We will provide refunds if the product is not available or cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control.
  • Refunds can also be processed if the product is returned due to quality issues, provided it has been reported within the specified time frame.

2. Refund Process

  • Once a return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be provided either through bank transfer or store credit.

3. Non-Refundable Orders

  • Once delivered and accepted by the customer, products are non-refundable unless they meet the return criteria mentioned in the Return Policy.
