Return Policy
At Ahmedabad Fish, we aim to provide the best quality seafood. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We have a simple, no-questions-asked return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, not fresh, or not delivered in the requested form (e.g., cut, size).
- Return requests must be made within 1 hour prior to the scheduled delivery time or immediately upon delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
- Inform the delivery staff if you find any issues with your order. The product will either be returned or replaced during the next delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have already been accepted by the customer upon delivery are non-returnable.
- Claims made after the delivery has been accepted will not be entertained.
4. Condition for Returns
- The returned product must be in its original packaging and in an unaltered condition.
